1. What this policy covers

This policy describes cookies, local storage, session storage, server logs, and similar technologies used by the current LeadFlow ON website.

2. Current browser storage

• Language preference: the site remembers whether you selected English or Ukrainian.
• Selected services: the site can remember services you add while browsing so they can be carried to the Contact page.
• AI chat session: a temporary session identifier is stored for the active browser session so the AI workflow can keep basic conversation continuity.

3. Hosting and server logs

Netlify and other infrastructure providers may create technical request, security, error, and diagnostic logs as part of operating and protecting the website and serverless functions.

4. Analytics and advertising trackers

Google Ads conversion tracking is optional and off by default worldwide. We require an affirmative choice and submission of a minimal consent receipt to Netlify Forms before loading the Google tag. If saving that record fails, tracking remains off. The receipt includes a random identifier, notice version, time and the advertising-measurement choice; Netlify may also process IP and request metadata. This is not consent to personalized advertising or remarketing. Rejecting tracking does not affect access to our site.

Google Ads conversion measurement is the advertising measurement technology currently disclosed here. If other non-essential analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, or targeted-advertising technology is added later, we will review applicable notice, consent, opt-out, and preference-signal requirements before relying on it.

5. Browser and privacy controls

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. We request a fresh optional-tracking choice after 180 days or a change of consent version. We respect browser Global Privacy Control by not activating our optional advertising tag while the signal is enabled. After withdrawing consent, the site immediately records a denied signal and reloads to stop further Google tag loads; browser settings may be needed to remove cookies already set. You can continue using the site without optional tracking.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the tracking or storage technologies used by the site materially change.
