TERMS
Terms of Use
Effective / last updated: October 27, 2026
By using this website or public AI demo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the public demo. These website Terms do not replace a project-specific written agreement for paid implementation work.
1. Website and services
These Terms govern use of the LeadFlow ON public website, public AI demo, and information made available through the site. Paid or custom projects may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, order, invoice, written message, or other agreement accepted by the parties. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
2. AI disclosure and limitations
The website AI assistant is an automated AI system, not a human. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.
The public AI demo is not medical, legal, financial, tax, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. Do not use it for emergencies or to submit protected health information, medical records, insurance records, payment-card data, passwords, or government identifiers.
3. No guaranteed business results
Examples, demos, workflows, and case-style illustrations show possible functionality. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, conversion rate, response rate, savings, or other business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside the website and automation itself.
4. Pricing, scope, and third-party costs
Prices shown on the site are starting prices, launch prices, examples, or estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope, implementation requirements, recurring fees, usage charges, taxes, third-party software costs, delivery schedule, support, and payment terms are determined in the applicable project agreement or accepted proposal.
5. Third-party platforms and integrations
Projects may depend on third-party platforms such as AI providers, messaging services, CRM systems, Google services, Meta services, calendars, hosting, APIs, or automation tools. Those providers control their own availability, pricing, policies, rate limits, outages, and product changes. We are not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing its service.
6. Customer responsibilities and regulated data
Customers are responsible for providing lawful instructions, content, data, credentials, approvals, notices, and permissions required for their implementation and for using delivered systems in compliance with laws and industry rules that apply to their business.
A deployment for a dental, medical, med-spa, financial, legal, employment, or other regulated workflow may require separate privacy/security design, agreements, vendor review, consent language, recordkeeping, or other controls. The public website and demo do not represent that every custom deployment is automatically compliant with HIPAA, TCPA, state privacy law, or another regulated framework. The public AI demo itself is business-use only and must not be used by patients or consumers to submit treatment, diagnosis, medical, insurance, or other sensitive personal information.
7. Communications
If you contact us through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or the AI demo, you authorize us to respond to that inquiry through a reasonable channel. An inquiry is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing robocalls, artificial or prerecorded voice calls, or automated marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or services to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, distribute malware, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the public AI demo to submit data you do not have the right to disclose.
- Do not use our services for unlawful spam, unlawful automated calls/texts, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
9. Intellectual property
The LeadFlow ON name, original site design, text, graphics, robot artwork, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, products, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Website availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue public website features or the AI demo for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, vendor changes, or other operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
11. Disclaimers
The public website and demo are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in an applicable written project agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadFlow ON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the public website or public demo. Project-specific liability, remedies, and caps, if any, are governed by the applicable project agreement.
13. Accessibility
We aim to keep the public website usable with common keyboard and assistive-technology workflows. If you have difficulty accessing information or using a feature, email us and describe the page or feature so we can provide reasonable assistance and review the issue.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to leadflow.on@gmail.com.
15. Current project status
LeadFlow ON is currently an unregistered project run by Ihor Skyba and Volodymyr Koval, individuals based in Ukraine. This site is informational and provides non-binding demonstrations and a way to request a discussion. No website form submission alone creates a paid-service contract. Before accepting paid work, the contracting party, lawful business or individual arrangement, tax position, scope, pricing and payment terms must be agreed in writing.
